What working with us looks like

You are taking on a pilot, a rollout and a supplier, not just software. This page sets out how each of those works, so you can judge it before you spend an hour on a demonstration.

Who it is for

Housing options and temporary accommodation teams, the heads of service who carry the temporary accommodation budget, and the information governance and digital colleagues who have to sign it off.

A pilot in six weeks

Week one
Accounts, roles and your Local Housing Allowance rates. About an hour of your administrator's time.
Week two
Your existing caseload comes across in one upload, with every row checked before anything is saved.
Week three
Live casework. Caseworkers search, shortlist and call from the record.
Weeks four to six
First placements tracked end to end, and the first numbers in the dashboard.
At six weeks
A review against the baseline you started from.

What we need from you

A named service lead and an administrator, a list of users and their roles, your current caseload as a spreadsheet, your weekly temporary accommodation cost assumptions, and your information governance colleague's questions early rather than late.

Support

Support runs during working hours, with in app chat straight to the people who build the product. There are no call queues and no ticket triage tier. Feature requests and bug reports are raised inside the platform and you can see what has been done with them.

If you leave

Your data is yours. On exit we export every household record, placement history and audit record in an open format, confirm deletion in writing, and provide the evidence of deletion for your own records.

Pricing

An annual platform fee per authority, with the pilot priced separately. No charge per seat and no charge per placement, so nobody in your team is discouraged from using it. Tell us the size of your service and we will send an indicative figure.

BoroughLets. Built for councils. Made for families.

Tell us about your caseload and we will show you the platform against your own borough's Local Housing Allowance rates. A first demo takes 30 minutes, online, with nothing to prepare.
